And remember, your challenge this week has been to start your day with a ritual that's going to impact the whole rest of your day.

So the way you start your day can influence your whole day. And so when you do a ritual that nourishes you in some way,

or it's good for your health, it inspires you or gives you more clarity.

Maybe you're going to journal. Maybe you're going to do something involving physical fitness.

Maybe you're going to meditate. Whatever it is, this can set the tone for your whole day.
