Hi, my name is Pete Gazzaro. I want to welcome you today to the emotionally healthy leader podcast.

Our topic today is embracing holy interruptions, lessons from the Christmas story. That's embracing holy interruptions, lessons from the leadership lessons from the Christmas

story. And so before I launch into this really fantastic topic and look at the Magi and Herod and

Mary and the religious leaders, I'm going to invite you here at the end of the year, this is 2025,

So with that all said, let me launch into our topic today, which is embracing holy interruptions. Now, most of you, like myself, we treat interruptions

as negative, as basically a pain, as interruption, as something that is distracting us from what God has given us to do

because it forces us to change our plans, make detour, stop perhaps. And so it could be anything

from a conflict with someone that actually now stops us in our tracks or a key volunteer or

staff moving on. It could be a broken relationship or a dream that gets dashed
