Hi, it's Andy here, and welcome to Radio Head Space.

0:25.0

So I was chatting with a friend earlier today and we were talking about taking time out for ourselves

0:31.0

and now I think more than ever ever it's really important that we take

0:34.1

time out for ourselves it's always been important but now with so much going on in the

1:41.6

for those people in our lives so that when we go back out into life

1:46.2

we can be there in a better state of mind not only for ourselves but for the people

1:51.2

around us. So my hope is that however your Monday unfolds today,

2:01.0

there is the opportunity to pause, to take a little time, whatever

2:05.8

you want to call it, for yourself, so that you can better show up for the people around
