When we look to relax, we put pressure on ourselves since anxiety has been the default emotional state for us for too long.

And dramatic change isn't accepted so readily by the lower self or subconscious mind.

Looking to release, however, allows for us to let sensations flow through and flow through out of us which in turn lets us

reduce the compounded stress in the body which has been accumulating for years.
