0:26.0	One of the themes that is pretty much in every talk is about the power and preciousness of

0:36.3	And a few weeks back I was reflecting on a way of describing this and I was reflecting
0:45.3	really in the shower as I was as the weather is coming down, reflecting on really living
0:50.5	from presence.
0:52.5	And then I realized that I was slathering my hair with shaving cream.
1:01.3	My first thought was, I'm never going to tell anyone this.
1:05.6	I told Jonathan a little later and he said it was a really good thing, I didn't start shaving.
1:13.7	So I share this with you because we all every day go into trance.
1:20.0	And by trance I mean our world shrinks and we're living in some circling thoughts that
1:25.9	are taking us, we're time traveling in the future or the past.
1:30.8	And our body usually gets tight as we're anticipating things that might go wrong.
1:37.6	And we're just not in contact with our world.
1:42.2	And in that virtual reality we miss out.
1:48.4	And we miss out really on the things that if we did a kind of survey and I said, you know,
1:55.0	what do you most value?
1:56.7	We miss, that's what we miss out on.
1:58.4	We miss out on the real living feelings of love.
2:03.8	Can't happen when we're in a virtual reality.
2:06.6	We miss out on real creativity.
