Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a Washington-based watchdog group, filed a lawsuit to keep former President Donald Trump off the 2024 Colorado ballot. The United States Supreme Court is set to hear later this month a case that would decide whether Trump will be kicked off the ballot.
