Given the guidance we talked about last week how do we actually do email when we do

it? The two cornerstones of being effective with email is to

corral it into scheduled times no more than 30 minutes, three times a day. I think for many people 15

minutes three times a day is completely doable. If you only get a hundred males a

day you're only talking about processing, let's say 30 in 15 minutes, which when you think about the type of mail you get, isn't that big a deal.

So now we've eliminated doing mail any other time during our scheduled time.
