Hello, this is a meathead hippie podcast. I'm your host, Emily Schram, and I am so excited to be with you

in your ear today. It's been a long time. I just looked in the last Meathead Hippie podcast, I posted. I was in

Thailand, and it was such a part one Thailand. There could have been 12 parts of Thailand,

and there was so much life that

has happened since then. And where do I even begin? But I just want to first off say, how are you

taking care of yourself? How is your heart? I follow a few astrologists. And of course, I follow

my own astrology and transits. and then I also follow the moon

and it's an aries moon and there's some you know shadowy things but just looking at my life and

talking to other people it is true that we've lived lives for the last seven months lifetimes have

happened and things have changed and shifted. And it's just

quite amazing when we let go of control. There's so many ideas I've had in my life that I thought I knew

how it was going to look. And at first, I think as a creator, you're just following the hits. You're

following the signs and you get the

ball rolling and it's like almost better to be naive. It's almost better to not have any clue because

then you're not having any expectation. And so if anyone is doing something for the second time around

or maybe feeling as if there's the world tarot card in the sphere of a new person, but same

world, same path. It's really interesting to feel that energy where it's like, okay,

am I repeating history or am I just a different person ready to tackle this? And when you

finally surrender and finally let go of what

you think it should look like in any expectation, it's like when the wind universe picks you up

and spins you around and all of a sudden you're living in fairyland, which is how I feel,

because since Thailand, which was an incredible experience, training we Thai, connecting with herbs that were so
