The NASDAQ was a tough environment overall though,

so I don't think anyone should have been particularly looking for any reason for that

other than a tough macro environment.

Tesla's a high beta stock,

so the magnitude of its moves are going to be greater

than an index, certainly, and than most other stocks individually as well.

That being said, after hours were down another five dollars per share about 2% to

276.50 the stock took a hit when shortly after market close Elon Musk

decided to tweet for some reason,

quote, just want to say that the Short Seller Enrichment

Commission is doing incredible work,

and the name change is so on point, end quote.

So Short Seller Enrichment Commission could obviously be abbreviated by SEC.

This is not an explicit podcast, but on days like today, I wish that it were,

because I have my own three letter abbreviation starts with WNs with

F there's a T in the middle because seriously what is there to gain by sending a

tweet like this out I have been a proponent of Elon Musk being able to

tweet, I think overall. In the past, it had been good for Tesla. But there's just no excuse for

sending a tweet like this out. It benefits nobody. It's harmful to the

people that are supporting you the most. You send out blog posts to employees
