appearance last show you were on. Did she listen?

for all her birthday wishes. So thank you so much. So sweet. I love involving all our families and everybody that listens to the show into this. Big story of the day is Ellen is going to address the workplace allegations.

So Ellen's going to take on the elephant in the room about her daytime talk show return.

Next month, the Emmy winning host plans to talk to her

fans about exactly what happened. Ellen was spotted out by paparazzi near her fancy home in Santa Barbara

and she was asked about producers leaving, getting fired, no longer being on the show. She didn't want to talk about that, but she did say the following.

These are the only words she said in public so far.

She said the following quote, I will be talking to my fans.

So no concrete plans yet about what they're going to do, but the show does return for the 18th.

Ellen was on a conference call with 200 staffers. She admitted she's not perfect. She said she was

heartbroken. She also admitted, which I think is very interesting, is she is an introvert,

and sometimes that can come across as being brushed off, but she doesn't mean to.

She ended the call by saying this is going to be the best season we've ever had.
