Today we are re-broadcasting our interview with Ellen Bennett, the founder and CEO of

Apron and Chef Gear Company, Headly and Bennett.

When we first aired this episode back in September of last year, we received an overwhelming

She is an absolute force of nature.

Ellen kicked open the back door of a local restaurant in Mexico City when she was just

18, I mean that literally she'll tell you all about it, and eventually cooked her way

into some of the most highly sought after kitchens in the world, including Bako Murkath

and Providence here in LA.

Then she founded Headly and Bennett and started an apron empire that now uniforms the employees

of over 6,000 restaurants and coffee shops all around the US and Canada.

She is the perfect example of how determination and hustle can get you a really long

way and if you need to feel inspired, I promise she's your girl.
