And, you know, Elle here has lived a life.

She's been raised by a narcissistic mother and there's that whole story. This podcast could have

been about her mom, could have been about her partner and she chose to do it about her partner. So there's

a lot of stuff that goes on in her story where the mom does weave in and out here and there.

And as well, this story is, you know, about, you know, someone who's a survivor.

And Elle is a survivor.

And she's dealt with a lot and still dealing with a lot.

Things technically aren't really over here. So it's kind of a work in progress. So a really big thank you to Elle for

being here because what she's been through wasn't easy telling the story isn't easy as well as a lot of our guests know.
