Summary
Elle King might want a do-over. Or at least something for a hangover. On Friday, the Grammy-nominated “Ex’s & Oh’s” singer hit the Grand Ole Opry stage as part of a tribute concert honoring Dolly Parton on her 78th birthday. But Elle’s b-day tribute went off-the-rails fast. She stumbled and stammered her way through Dolly’s song “Marry Me” before finally admitting to the crowd that she was “hammered.” And now Elle’s getting blowback from Dolly fans everywhere.
