I was really new at podcasting and you'll hear that.

I was also really nervous to talk to Liz and you'll hear that too. She is just an author I really respect and admire.

But this episode it was everything to me.

Here I was making the show about the future of work and she blew a hole through my

assumption that we need careers at all. Why have a career? She kind of asked. Why not

just have a job and do the thing you love?
