Hey, it's Jesse coming at you on an American holiday. Memorial Day, which means that a lot of us in

the U.S. are off. Yay! We've been recording a ton this month.

I can't wait to share that work with you, and we'll be back next week with an all-new episode.

But we're taking this week to dip into the archives. We're going all the way back to my second

episode, which was with Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat, Pray, Love. I was really

new at podcasting, and you'll hear that. I was also really nervous to talk to Liz,

and you'll hear that too. She's just an author I really respect and admire.

But this episode, it was everything to me. Here I was making this show about the future of work,

and she blew a hole through my assumption that we need careers at all.
