I feel like probably everyone who follows me knows who you guys are because you've like run the fitness scene in New York.

So we're going to kick it off and I guess one of you can start whoever wants to hop on first of how would you define success?

Yeah, so I definitely think you know it's a very broad term and it's different for everyone,

but I feel like for me and in what we do, success is really about, you know, empowering your community and if you can make a positive

impact on other people while you know feeling good about it and waking up and feeling

like you have a purpose you know that's the end goal here so that's what I feel yeah kind of going off with

what Dale said I feel like well first of all I feel like my idea of success has

developed a lot over time like when you're younger it's like you know I pictured myself like

walking into a New York City office in like some sort of power suit same so it's

definitely changed but I think that the common theme is that like it's always been around fulfillment like how much does

what you're doing day-to-day work-wise relationship-wise whatever it is like just

fill you up inside and I think that's how you really know you've reached a successful point

when you're fulfilled like 99.9% of the time.
