Elizabeth was a novelist and a journalist, still is, until she turned a few years ago her biggest failures, into a movement that helps us learn about how to fail and how to turn failure

into our biggest opportunity for learning and success.

She started a podcast called How to Fail that became an incredible sensation and a big hit

and then wrote her first non-fiction how to fail

which became an international bestseller and then eventually just a few months

ago released her second non-fiction,

fail-osophy, like fail-osophy, clever,

which I have to say is a must must read.

Of all of Elizabeth's work and analysis and studies

about failure, I think there's quite a bit of irony about how successful and truly admired

and loved she is.
