But as the years passed, I understood what I needed to do. I feel that during recent years I am more positive, I have a more positive way of thinking. You must have control of your breath. You have to practice it, so you have to learn how to breathe. Some children are sure about themselves and can stand on their foot (have confidence). They can be part of a team, but the others you have to put in a lot of effort to make them part of your team. Some children have difficulty getting involved. I tried to be the person who introduces this team spirit and help the children get to know the names of the other athletes. Some people wanted to feel safe where they are (stay in their comfort zone). So, if you can boost them a little bit, I feel that then they can develop confidence.
