Today's guest is one of our all-time favorites on meditation studio, Elisha Goldstein.

Elisha is a co-founder of the Center for Mindful Living in L.A., a psychologist and best-selling

author of more than five books, including uncovering happiness, overcoming depression,

with mindfulness and self-compassion.
