Summary

We have Elisa Romeo and Adam Foley on the podcast today. They are a married couple who specialize in family counseling. They are also authors. Elisa is a licensed therapist and Adam is a spiritual healer. This is their second time on The Pretty Intense Podcast. Their first book together "Meet Your Soul" was a favorite, and their new book is called "Holy Love". This is a book about getting to know ourselves, and merging with all the different parts of ourselves. To be whole, we have to give attention and to all aspects of ourselves. Good and bad. We talk about attachment styles, and how they materialize in your life. It's not about becoming fully healed to be in relationship. It's about being willing to heal. The beauty about relationships is, although the wounds are created in one, the final healing within a relationship as well. That can be a relationship with yourself or with others. 1:07.6	Where we really start the work with holy love is first recognizing where we've been disappointed in love and where love has wounded us because I think we need to face those things first.
