host Mike Milner. And today's episode, I'm going to talk about removing the stress and anxiety around food.

Because this is a common struggle.

And there's been several things that have come up lately that made me want to discuss

this topic. Actually, Mel brought it up on the last episode if you listen to the one

that I did with my lovely wife Melanie.

She, sorry, we had a little like audio trouble

that I didn't even know was happening

while we were recording.

But as you guys know with this podcast,

it is about as real as it gets so even though the sound was kind of

cutting in and out I wanted to still publish the episode because I thought it was valuable

and still manageable to listen to.

I think because we were sharing the same mic and sometimes like talking at the same time

it created some kind of an issue where the sound was like a little bit

in and out at certain times. But I rarely ever listen back to episodes, but I wanted to make sure that that one was actually

listenable if that's a word and anyway I just wanted to apologize for that hopefully

this is better now that I have the mic to myself.

But anyway, Melanie had mentioned something about the,

one of the signs that, you know, or one of the things that she used to struggle with that she

talked about was this constant mental obsession.
