Yeah. Yeah, I saw a bunch of different articles on this. So this was early last month in August.

The study by Dickin in the show notes basically was talking about the effects of ultra-processed food in the diet.

foods. I have always kind of just called them processed foods, but this more classification

that's being replicated in the various studies, it really refers to these foods that have
