Hello and welcome to another episode of the Fully Charged Plus Podcast. What's really

0:28.9

good about this and it's just struck me as I was getting ready to record this is how lucky I am,

0:33.2

I admit this, how lucky I am to talk to amazing people from all over the place, from all over the

0:39.9

world about the energy transition, electric vehicles, the future of energy and trans, but all the

0:46.1

topics that Fully Charged is about and doing this podcast really gives that opportunity of finding

0:52.4

different people and there's loads of different things I want to do with the podcast and it's always

0:56.7

the same problem is finding the time and the energy to organize everything and do everything I

1:02.5

would love to have a regular panel of people every week that I got that I joined up with them,

1:08.7

we had a load of stories to talk through and that's that's kind of a dream scenario and it's just

1:14.1

kind of difficult to organize that and to maintain that every week. So this is not the next best thing,

1:21.9

this is brilliant and this is where I just jump around anywhere and try and find people that I can

1:27.0

talk to and ask questions about the stuff that they really know about and this week I guess it

1:34.4

is a bit different so I haven't really done this before but this week it's proper journalists

1:38.4

who work in the same field but have a totally different outlook, a different way of communicating.

1:46.2

So I'm really thrilled this week that we are joined by two of the lead writers on electric. Now

1:54.2

many of you will know of electric I'm sure and many of you will have seen that we often refer to

1:59.2

stories that electric run some of you may be aware that we often are they feature our videos,

2:04.7

we're kind of working in partnership with them there's such an amazing news and commentary site

2:11.2

and that what I'll read from how they describe themselves they're a news commentary site that is

2:15.5

tracking, analysing and breaking news on the transition from fossil fuel transport to electric transport.

2:22.6

Electric covers the electric vehicle movement within the wider transition into green energy

2:28.0

and the implications of both green energy and fossil fuels have on the climate just kind of
