Yeah, I mean, it's very solid. I think it's, there's a lot of policy in it. I think there's a

temptation, especially for those of us who cover this stuff and read and write about it all

time, to think, oh, there's nothing new here,

you know, where's the news line, what's the line, what's new, but actually if you sort of go through it all as a

program, there's a lot and it's quite ambitious you know there's a package on workers
