It is election day.

You've done a crew. I wanna what a following. I don't know Jim. I don't know, Jim.

I guess we have some just very passionate listeners on all sides.

So I don't know if I've ever been less excited about voting. I do have a contested race in the former suburban

utopia turn high density housing development stronghold known as Brownsburg that I live in.

Lots of apartments.

I have to, they do, they love those apartments.

Boy, industrial space.

Used to be beautiful farm fields and local businesses and now it's

warehouses and high density housing and boy that somebody thought that was a

great idea. But that aside I thought it's a tax base. Well, okay, you're not going to do that here because you're too smart for that.

You know those apartments and those houses don't pay for themselves.

You know that. See this is what be,

this why I'm so glad you're here today,

because you understand government and local government

and you know that high density housing developments suck resources

out of communities they do not pay for themselves and if you have a

community like I do that keeps throwing these things up like they're going out of style,

you really need to check the people that are in charge there because these things are money suckers and they totally offset commercial development.
