Here's Grace to You, Bible teacher John MacArthur.

I ask you to open your Bible then to second Thessalonians.

We have been looking at first and second Thessalonians for a number of months now.

And we come down to the end of chapter two, which really is the end of our series.

We're not going to go beyond that in second Thessalonians.

But I do want us to look at verses 13 to 17 this morning and see what the Lord has provided

for us in this really remarkable portion of Scripture.

Second Thessalonians chapter two and I'll begin reading at verse 13.

But we should always give thanks to God for you, brethren, beloved by the Lord, because

God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith

in the truth.

It was for this He called you through our gospel that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus

Christ.

So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught, whether
