I'm Elvis Mitchell.

So let me try out some of the guest stars you that have done this show.

Keegan Michael Key, Amy Siddharis, Roger Reese, Marsha Mason, Chris Catan, Casey Wilson.

Now I'll tell you the name of the show. It's the middle.

It's a show that some of the other guest stars are Jack McBrayor, Dave Foley, Norm MacDonald, John Cullum.

I mean, the show that's reached from the stage to comedy to improv comedy.

It's one of the most impressive group of guest stars I can think of in any sitcom,

especially one that's been on for now seven years.

The show's creators Eileen Heisler and Deanne Helene are sitting across from me.

First of all, guys, thanks so much for being here.

Thank you for having us. It's great to be her. And I didn't realize we had all those guest

stars. It's very cool. It's so cool. I'm like, what show is this? Oh, good. It's the middle.

Sorry, I didn't mean to call attention to your work. It's awesome. But I think what the show feels to me like is finally about is empathy.

Oh, wow. Cool.

Because it really is sort of about the idea of having to understand somebody else what they're going through, not just sympathize but empathize with it.

And at some point that happens in almost every episode.
