Okay? So first things first, no matter where you are in your wellness journey, your diet, your composition goals, your training, training please I implore you I challenge you even to take pause and enjoy yourself now there's no reason to

My wife and I last year, actually we celebrated our first Thanksgiving just the two of us and we had a lot of fun with it
