Hey, I'm busy gold and I've been sitting here with Chase with an awesome episode.

I think there's so many nuggets that came out of this episode, but to me the biggest takeaway is that

it's so important to have a clear direction in your life because the direction that you're trying to take your relationships

your relationship with yourself your family or business helps inform all of the organization that needs to take place in the present moment to get there.

And the other side note for me is a woman.

I love seeing when men can be open about how awesome their intimate relationships are and

how much work it really does take and

I'll kind of hold that secure grounded place in this episode. I get to talk about that with my beloved.

So I think this is a big takeaway. It's cool as a guide to have these feelings and to do the work and to really anchor into that relationship with your intimate partner.
