There's not much news to report being this the third story of the month of January 2013,

so I will just jump right into it.

A third piece of fiction is entitled Effigy Knights by Eun Ha Lee.

Now those of you who have been listening to the podcast do know that Eun is no stranger to Clark's world. The Battle of Candleark was in our October 2012 issue. Conservation of Shadows August 2011.

Ghost Weight was January 2011.

And between two dragons, April 2010,

Blue Inc. was August 2008. So like the magazine itself, Eun has been with us from almost the very

beginning. And the reason why is that Eun is an award-nominated Korean American science fiction fantasy writer of mostly short stories.

She majored in math and finds it a source of continual delight that math can be mined for science fiction

fantasy story ideas. Her fiction has appeared in the magazine of fantasy and science fiction,

Clarksruled tour.com and beneath ceaseless skies.

Her collection Conservation of Shadows will be published in 2013 as well, so look for that.

They are connoisseurs of writing in Imule, Mo-Kurregan, the city whose name means
