Blake Snell is a San Francisco giant so that's the resolution to that saga. It's nice to know where he would land. It is a two-year

62 million dollar deal with, of course, the customary opt-out after this coming season that all of the Boris

clients have signed. He is getting a 15 million dollar base salary in 2024 with a

17 million dollar signing bonus that doesn't get paid until

2026. He gets the bonus even if he opts out so it's sort of a 30 million dollar

player option for next season and this is of a kind with the

Chapman deal with the Bellinger deal to a certain extent there appears to be a

pattern here but maybe before we talk about that we can talk about
