Folks, welcome to something unusual at Manager Tools.

Mike and I will be releasing a podcast from our effective relationship series, which typically

is behind the paywall.

These are long casts. In fact fact the one we are releasing is two hours

and 40 minutes long if you can believe that. The show notes run to 18 pages. Typically a show is only about five pages. They're probably

the most densely packed with guidance casts that Mike and Wendy and I have ever recorded.

And basically what they give you is an insight into using

disk to either manager directs or in some cases to relate to your boss.

wait, wait, wait, which annoys, annoys, annoys you.

And there are ways to get highly effective performance out of directs who are different than you.

And on the other side of the series of cast, there are a lot of ways to craft an effective relationship

with a boss who is very different than you.
