In Episode 190 I sit down with Wil Ngotel. Wil has become my right-hand man at the academy coaching in both the kids and youth programs and helping in any capacity he can. I recently promoted him to brown belt last summer and it’s been incredible watching the amount of pride and ownership that he carries as a leader on our mats. Wil moved over from the island of Saipan in 1993 and we go beyond jiu jitsu in this episode delving into his past and how he arrived at where he’s at today. This man has been an absolute blessing to our academy and I’m glad we finally got to sit down and record an episode! Please enjoy episode 190 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
