Summary

In Episode 189 I do another solocast! Election year is here and we're seeing more and more bullshit surfacing as everyone is bidding for their seat at the table. We hit another round of informed but not consumed, as we have many things that we need to be aware of at a minimum, while simultaneously not allowing it to affect our lives in a negative manner. If you can’t affect it, it shouldn’t be allowed to detract from your life energy, however the other side of that coin is terrible, shitty, corrupt people are emplacing a masterplan that’s going to be detrimental to our children and if we don’t take some type of action, we’re almost complicit in all this shit. So even though we want to focus on health, fitness, slaying life, and jiu jitsu, it's necessary to shine a spotlight on the evils we share planet Earth with as well!
