In Episode 140 I sit down with Tyler AKA the Compound Cowboy! Tyler has built a beautiful training facility outside of Phoenix AZ where he hosts training sessions for veterans and first responders with the goal of building the strongest versions of themselves. He hosts these training sessions through his own nonprofit titled The Compound Warrior Project. Tyler had a brief stint in the military but after an unfortunate family emergency he separated from the military; this led Tyler down a dark path that we visit in detail.
