In Episode 061 I’m joined by Chef Mike Williams who is the head Chef at Margot and Norah both located in Los Angeles, CA. Mike and I connected over Instagram, and he invited me to dinner at Margot. It was an amazing restaurant and if you’re local I highly recommend trying it! I got to know Mike and hear his story. He is a combat veteran that served in the Marine Corps and then went on to pursue his passion of cooking! Mike's story is unique and interesting, and I thought it would be a great story to share on the Podcast. I really enjoyed sitting down and hearing about Mike’s journey!
