Summary

In Episode 45 I sit down once again with Christy Campbell. Christy is an NCI Certified Nutrition Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach. She is a Navy veteran, Navy spouse and mom of 2 boys and a baby girl. Christy created a program called Fit Me because she believes the solution to weight gain and negative body image is a fundamentally different approach to healthy habits and choices. Christy has really put a tremendous focus on jiu jitsu over the last 18 months and it's been incredible to see her progression as of lately. I love hearing a females perspectives on training jiu jitsu and what this journey means to her. Please Enjoy Episode 45 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
