Summary

Episode 6 takes you on a mental health journey which outlines some the issues that Greg and his teammates have faced regarding the transition from solider to civilian, PTSD and suicidal ideations. Nobody is immune to the clutches of depression and allowing trauma to manifest in negative ways.
 
Greg talks about some of his teammates that lost that battle and how he himself went through dark times after years of military service. There are keys to surviving the storm of depression and making it through to see the light once again.
 
Greg discusses some of the tools and methods that have helped him and his teammates, but most importantly encourages others to open up, share their story and embrace vulnerabilities.
