0:18.4

And if anyone listening is here for the first time today, let me welcome you.

0:24.4

Everyone else, what's up? I hope the moment is finding you reasonably well. And I find myself in a sort of retrograde moment here.

0:40.4

First of all, it's late, and those of you who've listened for a long time know that

0:45.8

I stopped recording intros and outros late at night some while back, and I got myself

1:47.4

And the other thing that I find myself coming back round again, maybe it's because I'm doing it

1:54.3

late at night, is this feeling when I hit record of wondering what you're doing right now. Like it's late at night

2:03.5

for me and I'm in my attic. But what are you doing right now, the person that's listening to this?

2:10.5

And I have all these little scenarios that I imagine in my head. Some of you are maybe driving to work.

2:16.8

Some of you are like sitting at your table maybe having

2:20.0

like a coffee or a tea or some of you are maybe having a walk and you've got me on headphones.

2:26.4

I don't know, but I imagine different scenarios that you might be in. And then I wonder about you and your yoga practice maybe because I think that's the

2:39.4

thing that brings us together here is that for some reason or another we care about yoga.

2:46.6

Probably because you have a practice that you've done and you feel like you've gotten something from that practice
