A few weeks ago, we learned that the Department of Education was

issuing a mandate that essentially said that if your school had any programs that were connected

in any way to so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts or accessibility, we often

forget the A at the end of the DEI, There is a DEIA, and that's accessibility.

But the Department of Education issued a mandate that essentially said, if you are attending an American school and your school is one that is continuing with policies, with curriculum, with programs that are in any way connected to diversity, equity, and inclusion that they were going

to be in violation of the new president, Donald Trump's executive order, which bans diversity,

equity, and inclusion programs. Now, in later episodes, we'll unpack whether or not that
