While I'm recording these words on a day when the temperature here in London town is set

to hit 34 degrees Celsius, it is already hot because it was 32 yesterday, so where I'm

recording this is pretty sweaty and pretty unbearable, but hopefully I will stay awake

and conscious during what is to come, but it is damn hot as they say.
