I got a great one for you on the topic of relationships and the importance of editing your peer group, top grading your peer group.

And that can be a very challenging thing for a lot of people.

We all know you have to surround yourself with the right people in order to get to new heights,

to break through ceilings, to elevate to new levels in your life, your business, your relationships.

I'm sure many of us have heard the statements of birds of a feather flocked

together. You are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. The list goes on and on and

on. And while they have almost become cliched statements because of how repetitive they become,

they hold true. And I'm going to share with you guys today, my process for editing my peer group and how

I go about that and how you can use some level of this exercise or a variation of this

in your own world to continue ensuring that you surround yourself with the people who are aligned with your core values,

with your goals and the dreams that you are looking to achieve and unlock.
