This week I spoke with Eddie Stern. Eddie's a yoga teacher, author and lecturer from New York City.

He's known for his multidisciplinary approach to furthering education, that's my daughter Peggy, just

rattling a little plastic crucifix there.

And he's multidisciplinary approach to fervoring education and access to yoga, as well as his teaching

ex-Pethysian astanga yoga. He most recently created the breathing app which guides the user in a

paced breathing exercise that balances the nervous system helping to improve sleep and

reduce stress and we actually had a go of it in the podcast towards the end and I recommend you stick

around for that is a lovely exercise.

His new book, One Simple Thing, a new look at the science of yoga and how it can

transform your life is out right now and he's a great writer, a great communicator and a friend

of mine actually, Eddie taught me for years and years, and he's a truly world-class teacher, educator, and

Yogi.

He's a wonderful, wonderful map.
