I went on sale. I think last Friday. So I got to have a conversation with them a couple of days ago

Ed Shearing has just had shearing. He's the best interview. He's such an easy interview

You say this all the time the interviews are only as good as the person you're interviewing and he's one of those people

I've talked to numerous times and every time it just gets better because he's just so chill

Yeah, and there's like nothing off limits really for him

It's not like I get this or we get this whole list of things you can ask and can't ask from the PR people

So he's kind of an open book. So I asked him how things are different now when he's in public because now that he has kids

And he have to kind of hide the kids

It's been five years since he has toured and come to America. Why Ed? Why five years?

Also our crowd's different because he has been touring in Europe. He just hasn't made it here yet

And also like mental health. You're hearing this a lot now from artists that are like you know what?

I know I got a tour but my mental health comes first as an artist

How does he feel about canceling a concert and cheering with the virtue?

Good. How are you man? Good to be my son. I brought him backstage to hang out with you years and years and years ago

You won't remember this but I wanted to thank you for being so kind to him

And I was wondering like have things tweaked a little bit now that you have kids when you're out in the public

Are you a little bit more guarded on how cool you can be or interact with fans?

No I always always speak to fans always I feel like that's actually what fans want is the connection

Rather than a picture I think people ask for pictures because they don't know what to say and picture
