October is Eczema Awareness Month! Eczema is a very common skin condition that presents itself in several ways, with a reported 3 million cases per year. It's important to know how to soothe your skin and what measures can be taken to help — especially noting products or ingredients to avoid. Our special guest is board-certified dermatologist Dr. Michelle Henry who will walk us through the basics, why inflammation is a key factor in eczema flare-ups (and honestly all of your other skin issues for that matter), the products in your routine you should consider changing, plus brand recommendations for both skincare and makeup.
