Everyone you meet is looking for something that will make them happy.

Maybe their search differs from yours, but have no doubt we're all in

search of that certain something that we think is going to give us satisfaction.

If you've been listening recently to our study in the book of Ecclesiasties, you know this endless pursuit of happiness isn't a new trend.

More than a thousand years before Jesus Christ, there lived a man who methodically searched every promise of the world to find

peace.

And he found out something that we need to know today.

In our study of Ecclesiasties 9 with our teacher, Dr. J. Vernon McGee, we're going to discover just why

Solomon had so much trouble finding satisfaction. And you know the search for

contentment isn't just a problem here at home. It shows up in every culture and in every country all around

the world and that's why we're so grateful for all of you who pray and support our
