Robert DeNiro's company was found liable

in his former assistant's gender discrimination lawsuit.

So after she quit working for him, he sued her for breach of loyalty and

fiduciary duty.

So they were seeking $6 million in damages and also the return of 5 million airline miles,

so then she countersued him for gender discrimination

so DeNiro claimed that when she quit she stole about 85,000 dollars in

airline miles and also betraying his trust and violated his unwritten rules.

And so of course she's going to counter sue for that because she said that she experienced

some pretty heinous behavior and some of this was even witnessed in court.

So while they were in the courtroom, she was sitting between her lawyers and at one point he

even shouted directly at her, shame on you, Chase Robinson.

So this was, I really wish this entire thing was filmed and we could watch it like the Amber

Her and Johnny Depp trial because apparently it was just completely contentious from the

beginning it was about 12 days long I think and they went back and forth and he

talked about he had to deny claims that she made where she was asked to scratch his back
