Happy Friday Freckled Foodie Family! Today is a very much requested episode. I am sitting down with our

Dula Ebony Tutor. She has been a saving grace for both myself and Joe during this entire process,

and I have so much faith that she will be incredible during the birth as well.

This episode is really focused on what a Dula is, what she offers, what it's like being a client

of a Dula, like what we even do together, her tips on all sorts of things. She provides a lot of

insight and I thought it was important because a lot of people I think when I say I'm working with

a Dula, there's a little confusion. So like, oh wait, are you giving like a home water

birth? Which I definitely am not. No judgment to anyone who does, but I will be in hospital with

an epidural. And I just want to like clear up what she does, how she's assisting us, all of her

services, all this good stuff. She's also incredible if you live in the like New York metro area and

are looking for a Dula. So maybe one of you guys will end up working with her.
