for busy professionals who travel and work and, you you know just live a normal kind of American

lifestyle which now is inundated with so much email and phone calls and your kids have practices

and all the stuff that we you know kind of get caught up in the rat race of doing this is ways to

kind of success hack your way to being you you know, as healthy and happy as possible.

But my weekend, you know, started off like most busy Friday for sure. And then Saturday,

we had a group we went to Honor Health here, which is one of the hospitals, and work with

some of the bariatric patients. And the reason I share that is it was a group of about

was there maybe 10 or 12 of them total. It was myself and my coach Jacob here came with us. Monica

ran the stuff at our facility. And it was a reminder of like how lucky we are, obviously to be

fit and to be healthy and be able to do the things we do.

And I'm not saying your goals aren't important

when they're very minute and you're drilling down

to the last details, like you're somebody who's already fit

and healthy but you wanna get your dress size
