| 0:57.0 | whether to meditate, decide to do yoga, decide what foods to eat. We decide to exercise. We decide to |

| 1:12.4 | we can also decide not to do them, not to exercise, not to meditate. And certainly eating |
| 1:19.9 | and exercising are central as to how much mindfulness we are experiencing in life. But so many of those other things are too. |
